To renew an auctioneer license, licensees must satisfactorily complete six (6) hours of continuing education from an auctioneer continuing education course approved by the Board. An exemption is available for individuals who have attained the age of fifty-five (55) years and have been licensed by the Arkansas Auctioneers Licensing Board for ten (10) consecutive years.
