Article II — State Boundaries
Section 1. [State boundaries.]
The boundaries of the State of Utah shall be as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the 42nd degree of north latitude with the 34th degree of west longitude (of Washington); thence running south on the line of said 34th degree of west longitude (of Washington) to the 41st degree of north latitude; thence due west along the 41st degree of north latitude to the 37th degree of west longitude (of Washington); thence south on the line of said 37th degree of west longitude (of Washington) to the 40th degree of north latitude; thence west along the 40th degree of north latitude to the eastern boundary of the State of Nevada; thence following said boundary in a northwesterly direction to the 42nd degree of north latitude; thence east along the 42nd degree of north latitude to the place of beginning.
