1. Licensure Requirements

Complete a 12-month postgraduate training program.

Show evidence of medical malpractice insurance.

Demonstrate a clean disciplinary history and absence of relevant criminal convictions.

2. Continuing Education (845 IAC 1-5-1 & 1-5-3)

Credit Hours Required: At least 30 hours of podiatric medical education every two years.
