Florida Administrative Code 73 - DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE

As of now, there is no active Chapter 73 titled "Department of Commerce" in the Florida Administrative Code (FAC). Florida previously had a Department of Commerce, but it was abolished in the mid-1990s, and its functions were largely transferred to Enterprise Florida, the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), and other state agencies.

If you're looking for current administrative rules related to:

Economic development

Business regulation

Workforce services

Trade and commerce

Then the relevant Florida Administrative Code chapters would include:

Chapter 73C – Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO)

Chapter 73B – Reemployment Assistance Program (also under DEO)

Chapters under Title 27 – related to Enterprise Florida and economic incentives
