Section 86 The Indian Contract Act, 1872

The Indian Contract Act, 1872 consists of only 75 sections in its final form (after separation of other parts like the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 and Partnership Act, 1932).

There is no Section 86 in the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Valid contract, consideration, capacity, consent, breach, damages, etc.

Part 2 (now separate laws):

Contracts relating to Sale of Goods → moved to Sale of Goods Act, 1930

Contracts relating to Partnership → moved to Partnership Act, 1932

Section 86 does not exist in the Indian Contract Act.

The Act currently ends at Section 75.
