Right to Appeal to NCLAT:
Any person aggrieved by an order of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) may file an appeal to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
Time Limit for Filing Appeal:
The appeal must be filed within 45 days from the date on which a copy of the order is made available to the aggrieved person.
The NCLAT may allow an appeal to be filed after 45 days but within an additional 45 days, if it is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing it within the original period.
No Appeal in Certain Cases:
No appeal lies against any order made with the consent of the parties.
