Section 394 of the Companies Act, 2013
Section 394 of the Companies Act, 2013 does not exist.
This is because Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 dealt with compromises, arrangements, and amalgamations. However, in the Companies Act, 2013, these provisions were reorganized and replaced by Sections 230 to 240 under Chapter XV – Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations.

The matters earlier dealt with in Section 394 (1956 Act) are now primarily covered under:
Section 232 – Merger and amalgamation of companies
Section 233 – Merger or amalgamation of certain companies (fast-track)
Section 234 – Merger or amalgamation of company with foreign company
