Section 351 of the Companies Act, 2013
Section 351 of the Companies Act, 2013 has been omitted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.
🔴 Section 351 – Omitted by IBC, 2016
Originally, Section 351 dealt with “Power to impose restrictions on disposal of property” during the process of winding up of a company.
However, after the enforcement of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, many provisions relating to winding up and liquidation under the Companies Act were removed or transferred to the IBC framework.
