Enforcing compliance with any provisions of the Act.

The Central Government may act suo moto or on a complaint or representation.

The company or officers must comply with such directions within the stipulated time.

To ensure effective enforcement and monitoring of the Act’s provisions.

To enable prompt action for any non-compliance or irregularities.

📌 Example:

If a company fails to file statutory returns regularly, the Central Government may direct the RoC to inspect the company’s records and report back for further action.
