Title: "Sub-agent" defined

🔹 Bare Act Language:

Section 191
“A sub-agent is a person employed by, and acting under the control of, the original agent in the business of the agency.”

This section defines a sub-agent under the law of agency.

A sub-agent is:

🔹 Key Points:

The sub-agent acts on behalf of the principal, but through the original agent.

B hires C to handle day-to-day workers under his supervision.

C is a sub-agent of A, acting under B's control.
