Artificial Intelligence law at Cuba
Cuba is actively developing a national framework for artificial intelligence (AI), focusing on ethical governance, capacity building, and international collaboration.
🇨🇺 National AI Strategy and Ethical Framework
In January 2025, the Cuban government presented a national AI strategy as part of its broader Digital Transformation Policy.
