Bare Acts

An Act to impose certain restrictions on transfer of lands which have been acquired by the Central Government or in respect of which acquisition proceedings have been initiated by that Government, with a view to preventing large-scale transactions of purported transfers or, as the case may be, transfers of such lands to unwary public. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
