As on 31st December 2026 the age of the applicant must be below 30.

Nominees are gained via our online nomination form on this website. Those putting forward nominees are welcome to nominate their own firm or colleagues within their firm as well as third party businesses. Please provide all the details as asked along with achievements or impact for society at large. You also undertake to support our pro bono blog with contributions—write detailed articles in your areas of expertise. Articles must be unique and useful; run a plagiarism check. You must contribute at least 10 high-quality articles for our readers. You can post directly via your dashboard. Copied articles are not allowed. As a pro bono organization, we combine editorial quality, rigorous research, and a worldwide network of contributors.
All those who submitted their nomination may be asked if they would like to submit material as supporting evidence. We consider materials supplied by nominees, information available online, and any information supplied with the original nomination.
Our research team assesses all information presented when determining winners. They gather information independently from publicly available sources, assess material supplied by nominees and nominators, and cast final judgment using criteria including client dedication, innovation, business growth, longevity, online reputation, client feedback, and business performance.
Once winners have been determined, each winner will be contacted directly.
We encourage winners to announce their win via company websites, social media, press releases, and local or national press to maximise exposure from this achievement.
In the interest of focusing our efforts on relevant candidates, we ask all nominees to fill the application form. Nominees who accept will be subject to our rigorous internal vetting procedure. They can present their own data alongside information collated by our research team. Research can take up to 2–3 months.
Our research team consists of three individuals with collectively in excess of 25 years of experience in this type of research. The team is diligent, highly trained, and takes responsibility seriously so that only professionals doing remarkable work may win.
All of our press announcements are made digitally, online and across our network. We aim to arm you with tools (digital and physical) to generate real-world value.
Our main coverage takes the form of a digital celebratory magazine; we also offer physical trophies, wall-mounted and digital certificates, web-based advertisements, and bespoke press releases if required.
There are no mandatory fees for making an application or for winning a LawGratis Legal Award 2026. To demonstrate our commitment, winners are offered a complimentary e-certificate.
