An Act to provide for the constitution of the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas for better co-ordination, research, identification and resolution of problems surrounding the air quality index and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
