IPC Section 158 — Sale of offensive weapons
Text of Section 158 (Simplified):
Whoever sells, lets to hire, or offers or exposes for sale or hire any offensive weapon, without lawful justification or excuse, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
