Any public servant or person who wilfully omits to produce any document or record that they are legally bound to produce, or who wilfully conceals or destroys such documents, or makes any false entry in the record, with intent to cause injury to any person or to save themselves or another from punishment, shall be punished with imprisonment, fine, or both.
