📜 Text of Section 411:

When any person is reasonably suspected of having disseminated seditious matter or of having committed any offence punishable under Sections 124A, 153A, 153B, or 505 of the Indian Penal Code, the District Magistrate, Sub-divisional Magistrate, or any Police Officer may require such person to execute a bond, with or without sureties, for keeping the peace for a period not exceeding one year.
