 Essential Qualification and Experience 

Bachelor's degree in law from a reputed law college with 3-6 years of experience. 

Understanding of Insurance and Contract laws along with the related Guidelines, Rules & Regulations. 

Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, CPC, Criminal laws and the Evidence Act Good drafting skills.

 Ability to analyze FIR s, PM Reports, hospital records and treatment papers, etc. to determine liability.

 Good legal research and Good exposure to MS Office
