In the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 1, for
the words “the notification”, the words “the
said notification” shall be substituted.
2014 17 The Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2011 (a) In the Enacting Formula, for the words
“Sixty-second Year”, the words “Sixty-fifth
Year” shall be substituted; and
(b) in sub-section (1) of section 1, for the figures
“2011”, the figures “2014” shall be substituted.
