An Act to declare 1 [certain institutions of design to be institutions of national importance] for the promotion of quality and excellence in education, research and training in all disciplines relating to Design and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
