THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR HOMOEOPATHY ACT, 2020


An Act to provide for a medical education system that improves access to quality and affordable medical education, ensures availability of adequate and high quality Homoeopathy medical professionals in all parts of the country; that promotes equitable and universal healthcare that encourages community health perspective and makes services of Homoeopathy medical professionals accessible and affordable to all the citizens; that promotes national health goals; that encourages Homoeopathy medical professionals to adopt latest medical research in theirwork and to contribute to research; that has an objective periodic and transparent assessment of medical institutions and facilitatesmaintenance of aHomoeopathymedicalregisterforIndiaandenforceshigh ethicalstandards in all aspects of medicalservices; that isflexible to adapt to the changing needs and has an effective grievance redressal mechanism and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
