Title: Off Counsel – Litigation
Location: Delhi, India
Experience Required: 5–7 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Mode: Full-time, on-site
Reporting To: Senior Partners and Managing Associates
Key Responsibilities
As an Off Counsel – Litigation, your primary duties will include:
Court Appearances: Representing clients in various forums, including civil and criminal district courts, consumer forums, and the High Court.
Case Management: Independently managing litigation portfolios, ensuring timely filings, and adhering to court procedures.
Legal Drafting: Preparing case documents, pleadings, legal opinions, and other related materials.
Client Coordination: Interfacing directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and strategize on case developments.
Collaboration: Coordinating with senior counsels and other legal professionals to strengthen case strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Law degree from a recognized institution.
Experience: 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
Skills: Strong knowledge of civil and criminal law procedures, excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
Gender Preference: Male candidates only (as per firm preference).
