The Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation is inviting applications for the post of Consultant (Legal) on a contractual basis.
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: 02
Remuneration: Rs. 75,000-90,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Experience: 5 years
Eligibility:
• Handling of Court cases/ arbitration cases including those related to public interest litigations/ Writs/ establishment/ contractual cases at High Court and Supreme Court level including NGT.
• Experience of examination and analysis of Law/ Statute. Knowledge of Government administrative regulations/ experience in Legal procedures/ labour/ laws/ arbitration matters.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi. • Experience of computer skills and proficiency in working on Office software/ other applications.
• Formal educational qualification and experience could be relaxed when there is work experience of specific relevance.
Age Limit: 56 years
