The Housing Development and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) is inviting applications for the legal posts of Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Trainee Officer (TO).
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: AGM- 1; TO- 2
Pay-Scale:
• AGM- Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- per month
• TO- Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B. with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/grade (Preferred: LL.M.)
Experience required for AGM post: The incumbent should have experience in relevant fields like Drafting / vetting / execution of contract / loan documents of project financing, legal due diligence of loan proposals/documents including in-depth knowledge of applicable corporate/commercial legislations with expertise in DRT / Courts, CIRP in NCLT and arbitration proceedings in Banks / financial institutions. Must have core competence in the areas of analysing various legal aspects, security packages relating to project financing, mortgages etc. and must be in a position to handle all activities of documentation independently.
