the Rajasthan High Court is inviting applications for the post of Legal Researcher on a contractual engagement basis, for deputing with Justice Nupur Bhati and Justice Yogendra Kumar Purohit.
Location: Rajasthan
No. of Posts: 3
Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility:
(i) A candidate Must be a fresh law graduate or post graduate in law from universities college institutions established by law in India.
(ii) A candidate must have basic knowledge of computer.
(iii) A candidate must not be a practising advocate nor engaged or appointed elsewhere on honorarium or payment basis.
(iv) A candidate must not have more than one wedded spouse nor should be married to such a person who already had a living spouse at that time.
(v) A candidate should not be involved in any criminal case whether convicted or against whom criminal trial is pending.
Age Limit: Below 33 years
