Compliance:
Ensuring that the company’s operations comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
Liaising with clients, internal teams, and external legal authorities to resolve disputes or legal matters.
Risk Assessment:
Identifying potential legal risks in contracts or company operations and suggesting preventive measures.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of civil, banking, and corporate law.

Salary:
