As a Corporate Legal Associate at Naadbramha Idli, your primary responsibility would be to handle all legal matters relating to the company’s corporate and commercial operations. Monitor regulatory changes affecting the F&B sector and advise on implementation.
4. Dispute Resolution & Risk Management
Assist in handling legal disputes, consumer complaints, or regulatory investigations.
Liaise with external lawyers when needed.
Help draft internal policies to mitigate legal risks.
5. Corporate Governance
Support Board and management in adhering to governance practices.
Prepare minutes, resolutions, and corporate filings.
6. Intellectual Property
Assist with trademark registration and protection of the brand/logo.
Monitor infringement and coordinate enforcement actions.
