2. Role Overview

An Attorney at Ira Law with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) will be responsible for handling legal work across different practice areas. This is a mid-level role where the attorney will gain hands-on experience in legal drafting, litigation, and client advisory.

3. Key Responsibilities

Intellectual Property (IP) Work

Handle disputes related to trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

Assist in filing, registration, and protection of IP rights.

Draft notices, agreements, and responses for IP-related matters.

Litigation Support

Assist senior lawyers in court filings, hearings, and case preparation.

Prepare case briefs, evidence documentation, and legal arguments.

Coordinate with clients and external counsels on ongoing cases.

Advisory Work

Provide legal advice to clients on matters concerning media, entertainment, technology, and business operations.

Review contracts, licenses, and agreements to ensure legal compliance.

Advise on risk management and regulatory compliance issues.

Drafting & Documentation

Draft contracts, legal notices, and other documents relevant to commercial and IP matters.

Maintain organized records of all legal filings and correspondence.

Research & Compliance

Conduct detailed legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.

Stay updated on changes in law, particularly in IP and technology sectors.

5. Qualifications
