Position: Legal & Compliance Executive
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Experience Required: 3 to 4 years in legal or compliance roles
Client: Multinational corporation (MNC)
Availability: Immediate preferred
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Program Management: Oversee the legal compliance program to ensure that the organization adheres to all applicable laws and internal policies.
Internal Audits: Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any compliance gaps and ensure processes are followed correctly.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and overall compliance status for management and relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate audit results and compliance issues clearly to stakeholders and work to ensure timely resolution.
Employee Training: Educate and train employees about compliance requirements, legal regulations, and best practices to maintain a compliant workplace.
Collaboration: Work closely with different departments and teams to improve the overall compliance framework and mitigate risks.
Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated with new or changing laws and regulations, ensuring the organization adapts accordingly.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Law degree (LLB) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in legal and compliance roles, preferably within corporate or multinational companies.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance tools, internal audit procedures, and legal frameworks.
Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, report writing, and clear communication.
Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
Compensation
For candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience, the expected salary is approximately in the range of ₹3.8 to ₹6.9 lakhs per annum, depending on skills and negotiation.
