📌 Position: Legal Associate (Non-Litigation – Corporate Advisory & IP)
Location: New Delhi
Experience Required: 0–1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Practice Areas: Corporate Advisory and Intellectual Property (IP)

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Corporate Advisory:
Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and transaction documents.
Advising on company law, SEBI regulations, foreign exchange regulations, and other corporate matters.
Assisting in due diligence processes and formulating structures for mergers and acquisitions.
Filing petitions under the Companies Act before the Regional Director or NCLT for amalgamations, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring arrangements .
Intellectual Property (IP):
Assisting in the registration and protection of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs.
Advising clients on IP rights, infringement issues, and enforcement strategies.
Drafting and reviewing IP-related agreements, including licensing and assignment agreements.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
LLB graduate with AIBE certification.
Experience:
0–1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate advisory and IP law.
Skills:
Strong interest and enthusiasm for corporate and IP law.
Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in research, drafting, and legal analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
