Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associates to join our Corporate Commercial team. The ideal candidates will assist in handling corporate transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising clients on regulatory compliance, and supporting litigation matters related to commercial disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts (NDAs, agreements, MOUs, etc.)
Conducting legal research and providing opinions on corporate and commercial law matters
Assisting with due diligence exercises during mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
Advising clients on compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Supporting litigation and dispute resolution related to commercial contracts
Liaising with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized university
1-3 years of experience in Corporate Commercial law (law firm or in-house)
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Good understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
