The West Bengal Electronic Industry Development Corporation Limited (WEBEL) is inviting applications for the post of Advisor-Legal.
Location: West Bengal

Remuneration: Rs. 1.5 lakhs (1,50,000/-) per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Desirable: LL.M. and specialization in Corporate, real estate and/or infrastructure law.
Experience:
• Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience with sufficient exposure at decision making level. • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate legal functions and/ or real estate/ infrastructure sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in Corporate governance, Company Law, land acquisition, contract law, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and an understanding of construction law.
Eligibility: Indian Nationals with any of the following criteria are eligible to apply:
• Retired Judge
• Retired Law Officer of Central Govt. / Central / State Public Sector Undertakings
, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Organisations.
• Legal professionals working at comparable levels in Private Sector companies, Consultancy Organisations, International/ Multinational Organisations.
Age Limit: 62 years
